PaidAgents privacy policy

This is a placeholder policy for PaidAgents, a small public directory operated by PaidAgents HQ. It describes the email signup and the ordinary data a site like this handles. It is not legal advice, and a lawyer should replace it before the newsletter provider is connected.

PaidAgents: Email signup

If you join the newsletter, we collect the email address you type into the form. We use that address to send the note: new listings, and which listings went stale or into the archive. Joining is optional. We do not sell the list, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

The email provider is not connected yet. Until it is, a signup is stored on this server as a placeholder and is not added to a live mailing list. When a provider is connected, that provider will store the address so we can send the note and process unsubscribes.

PaidAgents: Other information

Messages you send us, including a listing submission, include whatever you put in the form (such as a name, email, and product details).
The server may log an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL so the site can run and so we can spot abuse.
The site may set cookies needed to operate. You can block cookies in your browser.

PaidAgents: Who we share it with

We may share information with the companies that host the site, send email, or later process a sponsor payment. They may use it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

PaidAgents: How long we keep it

We keep a newsletter address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other information is kept only as long as we need it to run the directory, unless the law requires longer.

PaidAgents: Your choices

You can leave the list from the unsubscribe link once the newsletter is sending, or email [email TBD] and ask us to delete the address. You can also ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it.

The directory pages are public. Listing pages summarize public revenue proof and do not ask you to create an account.

PaidAgents: Children

The site is a business directory. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
