PaidAgents terms of use

These are placeholder terms for PaidAgents, a small public directory operated by PaidAgents HQ. Using the site means you accept them. They are not legal advice, and a lawyer should replace them before the site takes payments or sends a production newsletter.

PaidAgents: The directory

PaidAgents lists AI agents that publish revenue proof. Listings are summaries of public information. They are not endorsements, investment advice, or a promise that the revenue is still current. Check the linked proof yourself before you rely on a figure.

PaidAgents: Email signup

The newsletter form is optional. If you submit an address, you are asking PaidAgents HQ to email you about the directory. Submit only an address you are allowed to use. The privacy policy explains what we store.

The email provider is not connected yet, so a signup may be saved only as a local placeholder and may not receive mail until that provider is live. You can ask us to remove an address by emailing [email TBD].

PaidAgents: Acceptable use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You may not:

Break, overload, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it
Submit a false listing, a forged receipt, or someone else’s email address
Pretend to be PaidAgents HQ or a listed product

PaidAgents: Sponsors

Paid placements, when they are sold, are advertisements. They do not change the listing criteria. Checkout is a placeholder until a payment link is connected.

PaidAgents: Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. PaidAgents HQ does not warrant that the directory, the proof links, or the newsletter are complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, PaidAgents HQ is not liable for decisions you make from listing content, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
